0. 定义

- “音色库”是将录制好的采样用于基于采样的合成器中。
- “采样地图”是采样库中所分配的采样范围。
- “源代码”是采样库中的采样内容。

1. 用户授予的权限

本许可协议允许您在以下条款中使用、复制、修改、二次发布、出售、重新打包等本音色库和/或采样地图；

a. 您可以将本音色库用于任何用途，包括商业用途 - 无需注明原作者；
b. 您可以修改、二次发布本音色库，和/或将本音色库链接到另一个音色库中，和/或嵌入软件内使用，源代码或二进制均可，此种情况必须注明原作者，并且/或者保留版权声明；
c. 根据许可协议条款 b，修改后的音色库和/或源代码必须按照本许可证和/或其他兼容许可证发布。

本音色库不提供担保。

2. 兼容的许可证

下列许可证与本许可证兼容：

- MIT 许可证
- BSD 1条款许可证
- BSD 2条款许可证
- GNU 通用公共许可证 v3 及以后的版本 + 来自 FreePats 的例外情况

- "Sample Library" means a set of recorded audio samples, which can be used in sample based synthesizers.
- "Mapping" means assigned sample ranges of the sample library.
- "Source Code" means the sample content of the sample library.

1. Permissions Granted

Permission is granted to use, copy, modify, redistribute, sell, repackage, etc., this Sample Library and/or mapping, under the following conditions:

a. You may use the Sample Library for any purpose, including commercial usage - attribution is not required;
b. You may modify and redistribute the Sample Library, and/or include them in your sample library, and/or embedding into software, in Binary form or in Source Code form, however you must either give proper credit and/or retain this copyright notice;
c. The Modified Sample Library and/or its Source Code may only be re-licensed under the same license and/or a compatible license, as defined in section 2 of the license.

THE SAMPLE LIBRARY IS PROVIDED 'AS IS', WITH NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER.

Permission is also granted to relicense this Sample Library and mapping under the following licenses:
